Rescheduling Policy:  A consultation may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least two (2) business days before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests received with less than two (2) business days’ notice will not be accepted.

A rescheduled consultation does not create a new cancellation period or extend any refund rights. For purposes of this policy, the original appointment date will continue to apply when determining eligibility for a refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Consultation fees are refundable only if the consultation is canceled at least two (2) business days before the originally scheduled appointment date.

If a consultation has been rescheduled, no refund will be issued if the client later cancels the appointment, regardless of how much notice is provided before the rescheduled appointment.

Approved refunds are subject to deduction of a 4.5% payment processing fee.

Larhdel Law reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances.
