We offer a 10-minute free consultation to assess your situation and provide brief advice on eligible visa options. For some clients, this is enough to help them decide whether to proceed with an application or to focus on their personal research.

During this evaluation, we will give you a general overview of your immigration options. However, specific legal advice tailored to your case cannot be provided due to attorney ethical and professional rules.

Paid Consultations

Many clients require a paid consultation for more detailed assistance, such as assessing previously researched visa options, evaluating eligibility for certain visas, or discussing the necessary documentation.

The additional time of a paid consultation can save both time and money by:

• Helping you focus on relevant visa options and avoid wasting time on inapplicable ones.
• Providing insight into the likelihood of success for your visa application.
• Preventing wasted legal fees for applications that may not succeed.
• Giving you a clear understanding of the documents and evidence required for your visa, allowing you to plan ahead.

If you choose full representation within 21 days of a paid consultation, the consultation fee will be fully credited toward your legal fees.

 Consultation Rates

• 30-minute consultation: $200
• 1-hour consultation: $350 (includes up to 40 minutes of discussion, with the remaining time for email confirmation of advice and a written plan)

If you have not had a previous free consultation, the 10-minute free session will be added to your paid consultation time. For example, a 30-minute paid consultation will become 40 minutes.

After the first hour, the rate is $350 per additional hour.
